OVERVIEW

We provide services to customers in and around the Lake Chelan area (including Manson, South Shore, and Apple Acres) Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, and now Cashmere!.

 

From the moment you book with us, we will pick-up, wash, dry, fold, and drop-off your laundry within 24 hours of the pick-up slot you choose. For larger order (15 or more bags), expect a 48 hour turnaround for delivery.

STEP 1:
BOOKING

Schedule a one-time wash and fold service any day of the week and we'll be there.

 

Available Slots:

  • Chelan/Manson Availability

    • 8am, 9am, 3pm, and 6pm (Mon -Sun)

  • Wenatchee/East Wenatchee Availability

    • 8am, 12pm, 3pm, and 5pm (Mon - Sun)​

  • Cashmere Availability

    • 8am and 3pm​ (Mon - Fri)

 

You can book a service with us using your your smart phone, computer, or any other internet access device.

 

Also, feel free email, text or call us if you have additional information that will help us with your laundry booking.

STEP 2:
PICK-UP

Preparing for the day of your pick-up

Before we pick up your laundry, we will make contact to confirm with you.

On the day of your pick-up, expect us to be at the address you provided within the hour of the time slot you chose during the booking checkout.

 

Ideally, you should place your laundry outside your front door in a bag. You can put your clothes any bag you want—just make sure it’s closed at the top. Most people use disposable bags.

 

If you have air-dry clothes, put them in a separate bag and label it “air-dry”. You can also put your clothes out in your hamper, in which case we’ll transfer your clothes to our disposable bags and leave your hamper behind.

 

If your doorway is not covered and you want to place your laundry in alternate covered spot, please specify the location.

STEP 3:
WASH AND FOLD

Whether it's a simple clothing wash and fold service, specialty item, spot clean, or hang-dry item, we take great care of your clothes because we LOVE laundry and treat every load with love.

  • We sanitize and clean our washers and dryers before every customer's laundry begins.

  • We go through pockets to make sure nothing gets washed that isn't clothing.

  • We sort laundry based on colors to make sure your white clothes stay white.

  • Once the wash and dry sequence is complete, we take great care to fold your clothes neatly and sort them into our laundry bags to prepare for delivery.

STEP 4:
DELIVERY

After we've carefully packaged your laundry, we will deliver it back to you at your specified location within 24 hours of the initial pick-up time slot (48 hours for 15 bags or more).

Your clothes will be neatly folded in our disposable bags with a neatly tied bow and card.

Shortly after your laundry is delivered, we send you an email invoice with a link to payment.

Services should be paid for 24 to 48 hours after delivery. We will send you an invoice after we've delivered the goods!

 

You can choose to pay through the following methods:

  • Pay through invoice button when you receive your invoice from us. You will have to option to pay via:

    • Apple Pay, PayPal, or Credit/Debit card

  • Pay through our website link found in the invoice or you can click the "pay invoice here" button below​

  • In-person cash/check OR by mail (request address)
